Play With A Legend's origins are in setting up unique sporting experiences. We bring together fans and their idols so they can play the sport they love together.

 

Whether it’s a corporate event, a birthday or stag, or an end of season celebration, we use our extensive network of contacts in the sporting world to organise unforgettable experiences.

Play With a Legend was the brainchild of former professional footballer Perry Groves and sports journalist Josh Landy. Josh and Perry met as producer and pundit in the world of Sports Television and struck up a friendship which would see Perry playing football alongside Nigel Winterburn in a special game for Josh’s best friend to create a memorable stag for a huge Arsenal fan. 

 

Play With A Legend now works with over 125 former footballers and 20 former cricketers, organising not only stag, birthday, corporate and charity events but also acting as an agency, working on a wide variety of projects both in the UK and abroad. We also have a sister company called Bake With a Legend, which works with former Great British Bake Off stars.
